LOVE ACTUALLY ... SHOES

I love shoes. If only I wasn't a student with not that much of extra cash... And if only I didn't live in Finland where anything different or unique costs fortunes. Anyhoo, I've taken pictures of my favourite shoes and put them here. Just because. It's fun, hey!

Let's start with my favourite flip flops! I love the colors - blue and brown always look nice together - and the flowery pattern.

Who doesn't love flip flops? Sure, they may not be the classies sight ever invented, but they're good for a day at the beach or a quick visit to the supermarket.

This is my favourite pair of sneakers and I love them to bits! They may not the be the trendiest sight ever but they're comfortable. And have pink in them!

I love Adidas Superstars and I needed a new pair of sneakers as pink (see the pair above) doesn't exactly go that well with everything. :D I didn't want anything flashy but just a basic pair of white Superstars with black stipes on them.

I'm too much of a heel-lover to own tons of flats but this pair I adore so much. Which is why I included them into this little section where I portray my favourite shoes. Duh. :P

The detailing is very pretty (unfortunately you can't really see the details in this picture) and they're somewhat comfortable aswell.

This was my favourite pair of shoes for the summer 2007. I don't think I've even worn anything this comfortable before!

These golden ballerinas were on sale, which is why I bought them. These are not the most comfortable shoes for your feet, but they cost next to nothing so they were definitely worth of buying. I love the little bow detailing!

The white & silver gladiator shoes! I found these at a second hand shop but they're as good as new and cost next to nothing. I haven't even worn these yet so I can't say if they're good or bad for the feet, but they're cute to look at and I don't have enough flats so I'm sure I'll find some use for these either way.

These golden shoes were bough on summer 2006. I had to get them when they were on sale and didn't cost all that much.

These shoes have been to hell and back, haha. It's a wonder they're still in shape... I've gotten the heels fixed few times aswell. I love this pair because the heels are comfortable to walk with and they're not too tall (I'm pretty tall myself).
I bought this pair on sale. A girl can never have too many high heel strappy sandals, and I certainly was lacking a pair before I found these.

I love these pretties, they're so... delicate? I don't wear these that often because the straps do no favours to my heels, ouch.

This metallic pair of babies is easily one of my favourite pair of shoes that I own. I adore everything from the detailing to the color, to how amazingly comfortable these are to wear. When you slip these on it's like you've finally come home, that's how good these feel for your feet.

I love peep toe pumps and had been looking for a black pair. I originally wanted black leather, but this satin pair was on sale and I fell in love with them, so of course I had to bring them home.

They're purple! They're pretty! I adore them! This pair is casual and cute, and the color is something different from my normal boring scale of blacks and whites and browns. I also love the silver and the floral detailing inside, even though no one ever sees it, lol.

This pair was purchased on summer 2005 after receiving my first paycheck; oh the joy of being able to randomly buy a pair of shoes without having to wonder if I can afford them or not.

The basic pair of black heels. These are good to have because they go with pretty much anything. I don't really wear these all that often though, I guess they're almost too simple.

When I first saw these I didn't really think these were my style, but then I saw the price tag. These were on sale and I've never been able to resist a cheap pair of shoes, so I bought them. :P Plus the little bow-tie detailing is cute!

I needed a pair of non-high heel boots, so I bought this pair of brown suede shoes to get me through Autumn 2007. They're very comfortable to wear.

This pair of black leather anckle boots is one of my favourites because of the cute little buttons, and the funky heels.

Ah, the white pointy-toe boots. If I'm honest these are one size too small for me and kill my feet everytime I walk with them. Oops. I don't wear these often but they're good to have.

Every girl needs a pair of red leather boots, right? :P I got these on sale and just had to buy them 'cause they even match my red leather laptop bag! How nifty is that?

Favourite. Boots. Ever. Possibly even the favourite pair of any kind of shoes that I've owned! They're in a horrible shape and the heels have been cut to half due to getting them fixed so many times but I honestly can't imagine more comfortable high-heeled shoes to wear!

My shiny black boots. The heels are pretty high and almost too high for me, but not quite. Not the most comfortable ones for your feet but... they're pretty and shiny and smell like leather! :)

This pair is my newest addition to the boots section. I was looking for a black pair of boots with little or no heel, and I quite warmed up to this pair even though at first I was hoping to find something ankle lenght.

And here's my mid-calf brown leather boots. I love these to bits but they're such a struggle to get on or take off. But I knew that when buying these 'cause I was warned, so I can only blame myself for it. If my memory serves me right, this is my most expensive pair of shoes.

These are my new favourite boots, and I've been wearing them throughout the 2007/2008 winter season. These are nice for feet, and I love the brown color and the detailing (some of which you can't see 'cause it's in the back).

Now, I know this is not the most glorious pair of shoes but it's definitely the most comfortable one I've ever worn in my life, and it gets me through the worse weathers during the cold Finnish winter. Bless them.
